Turn on the air conditioning during the summer and the heat during the winter. Your house needs to be comfortable during open houses

Empty all garbage containers, and check around outside the property

All shoes and boots from the front entry and tidy closet

Be sensitive to odours. Buyers certainly are! Cooking or smoking odours, cat or dog, baby, laundry and mildew odours turn off buyers.

All pets need to be absent during every open house and all showings. Many buyers are allergic to animals or simply afraid of them. Store pet supplies.
